Years ago, after listing to a friend tell me over an over how fast his bike was I finally road it. I quickly decide the bike was nothing. The I swund the boost needle all the way to the right and the front came off the ground a few inches in ~ 3rd gear? This was a yamaha seca? 650 turbo (two cyclinder) bike from the 80's. Now on a liter + motor with a much larger turbo and 3x the HP to start with - when that needle swings the front end will lift.

hey im 18 and just started riding, supid question but if im trying to zip around when should i start just dropping the clutch? bc i want to be able to get all of the ponys on the asphalt and not lift up my front end, thanks

You should try wheelying a bike at 250+kmh, its not that easy either m8. I think the guy likes to show off and wheely, or he/she would just put it in top gear and roll the 500+hp on. Also my std Busa pulls a wheely at 100+mph if I crack the throttle open, Tgey're made to do it, and ask Valentino Rossi why he pulls a wheely at the end of a race....Is it because he can't control a bike???? I Think he CAN, its called FUN.
